In providing our services and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
I. Processing of Personal Data
If you make an accommodation reservation with us, we will work with the personal data we need from you to ensure the conclusion of the contract for the provision of accommodation services. These are mainly identification and billing data: first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, dates of stay, number of persons, and data required to fulfil the reporting obligation toward the municipality (e.g. date of birth, identity document number).
For what reason?
We need to process personal data so that we can fulfil our obligations arising from the contract - that is, to process and confirm your reservation and provide you with accommodation. Using your contact data, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your reservation, or regarding its modification, cancellation, or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfil our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, for keeping the guest register, and to fulfil the reporting obligation toward the municipality in connection with the local accommodation tax, or to handle complaints, among others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - compliance with our legal obligation.
If you did not provide us with this personal data, we would not be able to conclude the contract for the provision of accommodation services with you or process your reservation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the reservation and provision of accommodation services, and thereafter for a period of 10 years arising from the relevant legal regulations (mainly accounting and tax regulations) from the last provision of accommodation services.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your personal data stays with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other persons work for us who have access to your personal data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
